- Only unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
- Jewelry altered by engraving are deemed to be ineligible to a refund.
Shipping Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We are not liable for return packages that are lost, damaged, or undelivered. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes inspection and will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary.
Final Sale Items:
- Any products with customization requested by the customer, including but not limited to engraving, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
